2021 Red River Folk Festival COVID Safety Protocol
Updated September 20, 2021
At the Red River Folk Festival the safety of our guests, performers and staff is our top priority. Due to the rapidly changing situation regarding Covid-19, and out of an abundance of caution, we will require that one of the following be provided by all at Will Call in order to attend events at Bitter Creek Ranch and the Motherlode Saloon. Will Call and rapid testing will be only be set up in front of the Motherlode Saloon and will open at 12pm on Thursday, 9/23. There will be no Will Call available at Bitter Creek Ranch.:
+ Proof of Covid-19 vaccination dated at least two weeks prior to date of entry
+ Proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of your arrival at the festival
+ A Negative COVID-19 test result from our free on-site rapid testing center
We will be providing free rapid testing on-site at Will Call. Please understand that this method of entry will take the longest. Once tested, results will take roughly 15-minutes before you will be issued your wristband passes, pending a negative result.
We will be trying to make this process as easy, seamless, and quick as possible. As more details emerge they will be published here on our website. It is important that you check back here for further details as our event nears.
Additionally, all performances will now be held outdoors. Motherlode Saloon performances will be held in our tented & heated stage outside in front of the Motherlode Saloon.
A sincere thank you for doing your part in ensuring our festival is a fun and safe environment for all.
